For ISyDMA’8 participants, the following is available with the conference particpatio fee.

• Conference dates from May 12 (check-in) -16 (check-out)
• Attendance of all sessions
• eBook of abstracts
• Welcome reception on May 12^th.
  
• Lunches and coffee breaks at the Hotel (venue of the conference).
• Conference dinner on the 15^th.

Registration fee for accompanying persons will cover:

• Welcome reception.
• Conference diner
• Lunches

Note: One regular registration will cover the publication of one accepted paper. Guidance on manuscript preparation will be provided on the Abstract and Publication page.

 The registration fee portal (now open). Individual invoices are sent based on details provided in the Airtable.

Registration has been emailed to everyone to make reservation according to their own travel plans.

Modes of payment

1. Wire transfer (details are listed in the individual invoices sent to participants - based on type of room and accompanying persons)

2. Mailing of checks (in USD) to avoid any convenience fees associated with wire or credit cards. (Address details are provided in the individual invoices sent to particpnats).

3. Virtual participation (An admisnitrative fee and data trasmission charges will apply). Fee will be invoiced and can be paid by wire transfer or mailing a check through invoice.

3. Credit cards (subjected to a 3-5% fee collected by the credit card company).

Cancellation policy: Registration cancellations must be received by 1 April, 2024 for a refund and note that a USD 100 administrative fee is not refundable. Please note that refunds will be made after the conference for administrative reasons.

Privacy Policy

                       The attendees (including accompanying persons) will be issued personal invitation letters and will have conference badges.      
                                               Participation at the ISyDMA’8 will be by invitation only
